DO NOT CALL ANY OTHER COMPANY. 360 Impact just installed exterior doors (5) in our home near the beach. The owners of this company are unbelievable. Jeramiah and Chad both are true professionals and they actually have a personality. They know their business well and made this very expensive upgrade so simple and everything they said would happen went extremely smooth. Yovanni and his guys did a fabulous job installing the doors and ensuring at each step there was little or No debris. I was very pleased 360 Impact and the work they did. I got new storm windows and doors. It only took 2 days to have all my windows and doors replaced . I also did my lanai slider and bedroom door leading to the lanai. 360 Impact also replaced my front door and storm door. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and reliable. Whenever I had a question or concern they responded immediately. You will not be disappointed with 360 Impact!

Excellent work start to finish with the company. We ordered one large impact window in the front and the turnaround time was only a couple months to completion. The salesman was professional and not pushy. Looking forward to future impact window installs for our home and would definitely recommend.

Windows look amazing and just in time for hurricane season.

These are absolutely the best windows. I am so glad I selected these. I no longer hear people at the pool...nor do I hear the pool gate slamming. I am only 12 footsteps away from the pool and the noise can be loud when people are "enjoying" themselves.I no longer hear cars starting up and doors slamming. I never imagined it would be so quiet. The windows and sliding door are solid and sturdy. Windows have double locks. The sliding door glides and is definitely a safe..secure door. Wi dows and door are beautiful! Jeremiah was great to work with. Installation went smoothly. The crew was polite and very professional. They cleaned up everything. This is the best investment I could have made for my Florida condo. I highly recommend Jeremiah and windows!

These people are so nice and easy to work with. Also they have the best prices. Trust me I checked and even made the mistake of having a few windows done by someone else before I was introduced to 360. The communication and installation was amazing. PLUS they give back to the local community, as they are sponsoring the JLFM to throw a pizza birthday party monthly at a local women's shelter. We need more companies like this. A SALES CALL OVER COFFEE As a previous owner operator of home remodeling and landscape contracting, I have had varying experiences here in Florida after retiring and relocating here in Port Charlotte Florida. This was one of the positive of not the best experiences. From the start, easy to schedule right from website, a prompt response from this family owned and operated company that I contacted to install hurricane impact front entry door and transom window above. Jeremiah arrived on time, and we drank coffee as we discussed hurricane impact windows and doors as well as life in Florida, the sales call was no pressure, easy going and ultra informative. It was an easy decision based on sales delivery, information, quality of product and price. The install was scheduled and 360 Impact assisted with our HOA as well as a chaotic travel schedule that we had at that time. Chad handled the measuring, and he was easy going as well, professional and informative, it helps knowing he has in his home the products that he supports. The crew arrived on time on the date of delivery, what impressed me the most was crew leader Rodrigo, he I was in contact with via text, had me inspect the actual door and window model and serial numbers and had me match them to the original quote/work order, ensuring that the materials we selected were indeed the same as what was being installed. The crew was neat, polite and did a great job, the workmanship was well done especially the interior trim. Chad then came by to check on the work and then stopped back a few days later to do finish work. (window trim needed to be applied but had to wait until after inspector checked it) The inspection went well, and the inspector noted that the work by 360 Impact that he has seen has always been professional with no shortcuts. Throughout the whole process Alyssa was omnipresent, choreographing everything and providing updates and information, this was a pleasant surprise. The job was completed and a few days later I received a call from Jeremiah asking me for an honest assessment on the whole process, I told him what is written here, I highly recommend 360 Impact for your needs, and we plan on converting a window each season until our home is completely protected by 360 Impact.
